Montcalm Heritage Festival

The Musée St-Joseph Museum invites you to the Montcalm Heritage Festival, celebrating the French Canadian culture and its Joie de vivre. Come enjoy the many activities, entertainers and historical interpreters. Visit our agricultural display buildings, learn about Manitoba’s sugar beet growers.
A fun-filled weekend with food, activities and entertainment.
The festival kicks off on Saturday at 8:30 am with a free pancake breakfast. There will be many activities available to all ages throughout the day; Museum Tours, a Petting Zoo and a Chain Saw Sculptor name a few. At 1:00 pm the annual Tractor Parade will begin with live entertainment and music to follow. Our BBQ supper will be held at 5:30 pm and the festival continues well into the evening with Craig & Ash.
Don’t forget, the fun continues on Sunday. The day begins at 9:30 am with Mass at the Church and a brunch held at the St. Joseph Community Hall at 11:00 am. The Prairie Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre will be there with some friends and Madam Diva will start off an afternoon of live entertainment at 12:45. We will be serving our delicious BBQ supper at 5:30 pm and The InClines will be our last performance of the event.
