Bittersweet Ski Trails

Bittersweet Ski Trails just north of Treherne offers over 20 kilometers of classic trails and 12 kilometers of skate trails that wind with the landscape across the prairies and through the woodlands offering a unique journey along the shores of the Assiniboine.

Burwalde Trails

Located between Morden and Winkler. Their trails are groomed for both classic and skate skiing. Club membership fees support the operation and maintenance of these trails.

Birch Ski Area

Birch Ski Area has 7.5 km of ski trails for expert, intermediate, and ‘brave-beginner’ ski enthusiasts. The trails journey through beautiful gullies and valleys that provide exceptional outdoor scenery. The South 5km trails are between 3 to 5 metres wide and are groomed for skate and classic skiing. The North 2.5km are classic only.

Alexander Ridge Park

The view from the observation tower allows you to see the entire Red River Valley including the communities of Carman, Morden, Winkler, Morris, and all others in between. In addition to the tower, washroom facilities are also available.

Carman Dufferin Arena

Side A is regulation size surface and Side B is used for recreation hockey and open skating.c
